Solution Consultant for Enterprise Success & Planning

Join the globally distributed Advisory Services team as a Solution Consultant focused on Enterprise Strategy & Planning. Deliver technical expertise and solutions guidance to enterprise organizations with complex business challenges. Partner with Engagement Managers to drive value realization for customers who have purchased Advisory Services. Help enterprise customers maximize their Atlassian investment through technical guidance at scale.

• Possess extensive experience within SaaS companies • Demonstrate relevant Enterprise customer-facing roles • Show proven expertise in Enterprise Success & Planning • Support the entire lifecycle of the Atlassian Ecosystem (research, install, support, and scale products and apps) • Deliver technical product demonstrations, documentation, and presentations • Speak confidently to and influence customer technical teams • Help organizations adopt Atlassian or similar products successfully

• Work on cross-team projects engaging with Sales, Product, Support, and other teams • Work with large customers in consulting or technical expert capacity • Migrate customers to Atlassian cloud environments

• Create technical solutions and prescriptive guidance for direct customer engagements • Grow your deep technical expertise in Enterprise Strategy & Planning and stay current with new capabilities • Understand technical requirements, guide solution implementation, and ensure successful adoption • Collaborate with Engagement Managers to map solution-specific customer journeys and deliver activities ensuring progress • Drive value with internal teams across product and Customer Success to improve Atlassian offerings • Collaborate across Advisory Services and internal/external teams to support clients and identify expansion opportunities • Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally for internal and customer-facing events
