We are Minami and Frederic and we are the Founders of RemoteCorgi and Internet Garden. At RemoteCorgi we strongly believe in the importance of remote work and we are doing our best to help top people match with interesting working from home opportunities.
Having been born with Cystic Fibrosis, I (Frederic) know the importance of being able to work from home. Standing close to sick people in the train to work, sitting next to coughing colleagues in meetings, and having to shake hands with clients who openly say they have the flu, there is often too much of a risk for catching a life-threatening disease. This is the main reason why I work from home and why I believe everyone should have the option to do so, whatever their reason is.

- Quality Check. We manually review every job posting to ensure the company and the job fulfill our high-quality standards. We review existing employee reviews, have a minimum salary requirement for the job, and offer good work conditions and benefits.
- Culture Check. We manually review every company to determine whether they fulfill a straightforward, yet inspiring mission, have transparent leadership, and value diverse and inclusive teams. A place where any new employee can quickly feel comfortable working.
- Work Environment Check. We require all job postings to be at least hybrid, but preferably remote first. Additionally, we assess the company's turnover rate and whether it fosters a positive and psychologically safe work environment.

Frederic is the co-founder of RemoteCorgi. With over five years of experience as a remote worker at one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe and at a leading Swiss technology consultancy, Frederic believes in the importance of helping top companies find their dream candidates.
Frederic believes life is best lived with a spoon in one hand and a passport in the other. He loves eating and cooking delicious food, especially healthy traditional dishes. Fun fact: Frederic somehow manages to eat about a kilo of carrots every day (yes, really. No, he has not turned orange yet). He also loves to travel and finds joy in places that most people might miss: Nida, Kobe, Tallinn, and Athens Exarcheia are among his favourites.
RemoteCorgi is dear to Frederic's heart, since he believes in everyone's right to work best for themselves, whether they are new parents trying to be more involved with their child, or want to protect themselves from getting sick.
Frederic holds a Master in Innovation, Strategy and Organisation from University of Cambridge.
Minami K.
Founder
Minami is the co-founder of RemoteCorgi. She is a self-taught full-stack developer passionate about building useful tools that people also find fun to use. Having previously worked in the arts, she wants to promote a flexible work style, such as remote work, especially in the cultural industries.
Minami is interested in art and technology in the broadest sense. She likes art, especially contemporary art, and making online and offline tools. Her favourite programming language is JavaScript.
With RemoteCorgi, Minami wants to encourage a flexible, customisable work style that fits each person’s preferences. She believes that everyone’s body and mind, the situations they are in, are different, and that finding a comfortable way to work is crucial.
Minami holds an MA in Contemporary Art Theory from Goldsmiths, University of London.
