Senior Business Transformation Consultant (Public Sector / Health / Defense)

Act as a trusted advisor helping customers achieve strategic goals using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. Take full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of customers including landing, expanding, adopting and renewing. Translate customers' objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects. Build specific business cases and demos while running value workshops. Engage with senior stakeholders to deliver value-driven results and secure long-term partnerships. Work in partnership with the Sales Team to drive measurable business impact across various processes and industries.

- Demonstrate customer value through business data analysis, process improvement and software deployment in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or IT/Management Consulting - Possess good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g. SAP) and experience with RPA and/or BI Tools - Build dashboards, apps and action flows using knowledge of Python and/or SQL - Collaborate effectively with IT teams on technical implementations - Identify use cases for business process improvement and deploy improvement measures as a change agent - Train users and process owners to realize tangible value - Plan and manage project scopes, expectations and timelines across multiple accounts at different value journey stages - Prepare and communicate value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management internally and externally - Present with excellent communication skills in English and maintain a sovereign appearance - Understand Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives - Hold a degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or comparable program - Obtain or already hold Security Check (SC) clearance for this role

- Possess expertise in highly regulated industries including Public Sector, Healthcare, or Defence - Develop deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities - Leverage partners from the Celonis Ecosystem effectively - Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases - Manage Center of Excellence for Data Mining/Analytics/Intelligence in an Enterprise environment

- Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases - Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers - Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate value opportunity to C-Level executives - Facilitate business value workshops using Celonis to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities - Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives - Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives - Build strategic expansion roadmap for customers embedding Celonis Process Intelligence in their organization - Drive adoption and expansion of the platform across customer organizations - Manage end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption and renewing phases
