We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive the strategic direction and positioning for our AI solutions and initiatives. In this role, you will be the bridge between product, sales, and marketing, ensuring that our AI capabilities are effectively positioned, communicated, and understood by customers and prospects. You will develop compelling messaging, translate new product capabilities into impactful value propositions, and create marketing strategies that fuel growth and engagement.

πŸ“‹ Job Requirements

7+ years of product marketing experience preferably within AI, travel, SaaS, and/or tech with a track record of launching and growing technical products, Passion and deep knowledge of AI-focused solutions including trends and competitive landscape, Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across time zones (including Tel Aviv), Strong strategic and analytical skills with ability to translate complex product features into customer benefits, Excellent verbal and written communication skills with talent for storytelling, Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environment, Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure performance and inform decision-making, Experience with market research and competitive analysis

Experience with AI product marketing specifically, Background in travel or expense management industry, International market experience, Experience presenting to C-level executives, Knowledge of enterprise sales processes

🎯 Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing products ensuring successful adoption and engagement, Work with Product and Sales to define target audiences and craft clear compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Navan capabilities in the market, Conduct market research to understand customer needs competitive landscapes and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies, Partner with Enablement and Field teams to develop tools training and resources that enhance their ability to sell Navan products effectively, Create a variety of marketing materials including product collateral case studies white papers and blog posts that highlight the value of Navan capabilities, Collaborate with broader marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive product awareness lead generation and customer retention, Monitor and report on effectiveness of product marketing initiatives using data to optimize strategies and achieve business goals, Work closely with product management sales customer success and other teams to align on product strategy and execution
