💼 What you will do
• Lead field marketing strategy across Northern Europe (UK, Ireland, Benelux, Nordics) for the global leader in digital employee experience management • Drive awareness, pipeline generation, and customer advocacy for a high-growth SaaS company with 50%+ year-on-year growth • Own regional marketing budget and execute multi-channel campaigns from strategy to execution • Partner with sales teams, global MSPs, and local channel partners to maximise market coverage and influence
📋 Job Requirements
• Have 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environment • Demonstrate proven track record of working with sales to deliver measurable pipeline results • Possess deep knowledge of UK, Ireland, Benelux, and Nordics markets with multi-market campaign experience • Master pipeline metrics including ABM, funnel analytics, lead scoring, intent data, and automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce) • Show experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), resellers, and channel ecosystems • Exhibit strong ability to engage different personas from CIOs to IT admins with targeted content journeys • Display excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats with ability to simplify complex concepts • Handle ambiguity, tight deadlines, and pressure with calm demeanor and sense of humor

🎯 Responsibilities
• Define and execute demand generation plans aligned with global goals but tailored to local market needs • Orchestrate multi-channel marketing programs (ABM, events, digital, partner campaigns) across full funnel • Partner with regional sales leaders in deal reviews, pipeline calls, and quarterly business reviews • Work with BDRs and AEs to drive lead follow-up and conversion optimization • Own and manage regional marketing budget with clear forecasting, tracking, and ROI reporting • Develop account-based strategies integrating partner activities and customer engagement • Co-create programs with global MSPs and local channel partners to expand market reach • Optimize regional web and digital assets ensuring GDPR compliance • Collaborate with customer reference and advocacy programs to leverage customer success stories
