Customer Success Specialist - Investment Banking

Lead customer success initiatives for investment banking clients at Octus, a global provider of credit intelligence and analytics. Drive user adoption, manage onboarding processes, and build strategic relationships while working with cutting-edge financial technology.

• Hold an undergraduate degree, preferably in business, finance, or related field • Possess 1+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally in financial services or subscription-based services • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills • Work as a self-starter who is diligent, organized, and adaptable • Show demonstrated interest in financial services and learning credit markets

• Experience working with investment banking clients • Knowledge of credit markets and financial intelligence platforms • Background in SaaS or B2B customer success roles • Familiarity with account health monitoring and churn prevention strategies

• Become an Octus expert with strong understanding of products, services, and credit investing market • Develop key relationships and drive usage across subscriber base by understanding workflows and educating on best practices • Lead onboarding and implementation efforts for new subscribers and provide first-year customer support • Monitor account health across investment banking accounts and identify at-risk accounts for dedicated coverage • Leverage existing relationships and expand network of contacts within each account • Strategize proactive outreach through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings • Act as voice of customer when collaborating with sales, editorial, product, and tech teams • Work with sales team to develop account plans, monitor platform usage, and identify expansion opportunities
