About the role

💼 What you will do

• Manage and expand key client relationships in EMEA region • Drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences • Work in fast-paced, innovative environment with cross-functional teams • Report to senior leader within Client team • Commute to London office 3x per week

📋 Job Requirements

• Proven experience as Account Director or similar role in market research, technology, or related industry • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth • Review client briefs and advise on best scripting and sampling approaches • Work effectively with Services Operations team to deliver Full Service data collection projects • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Work independently and within team settings • Travel as required

• Experience with market research platforms or insights technology • Knowledge of automated research solutions and multi-sourcing methodologies • Understanding of data quality scoring systems • Experience managing EMEA client portfolios • Familiarity with respondent-level data quality frameworks

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients as primary point of contact and trusted advisor • Understand client needs and objectives, provide strategic recommendations and solutions • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects and clients • Negotiate and close deals, ensure contract terms and conditions are met • Track and report on sales performance and KPIs, provide regular updates to management
