Growth Product Manager

Lead user onboarding and Product Led Growth strategies at Sonar, a code quality and security platform used by 7M+ developers and 400K organizations worldwide including DoD, Microsoft, NASA, and MasterCard.

• 5+ years of SaaS product management experience in user signups, onboarding, and Product Led Growth • Expert in experimentation frameworks (LaunchDarkly) and managing multiple concurrent experiments • Proficient with product analytics platforms (FullStory, MixPanel, Amplitude) • Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities through data • Proven ability to balance big-picture strategy with operational execution • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Take initiative, challenge assumptions, and drive projects from concept to delivery • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments

• Practical experience in behavioral economics

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for user signup and onboarding flows • Own accountability for user growth, online business growth, and onboarding experience success • Establish analytical capabilities to systematically identify growth opportunities and define key metrics • Engage with internal stakeholders to translate pain points into strategic product decisions • Lead PLG and PLS motions through continuous cycles of opportunity identification, experimentation, and implementation • Design and implement compelling initial user experiences from signup to value realization • Manage autonomous team focused on growth experimentation and optimization
