- How can I add this to Gmail?
- After copying, open Gmail Settings, scroll to the Signature section, click Create new, paste it, and save. Your new signature will appear at the bottom of every email.
- Will this work in Outlook?
- Yes, this generator creates table-based HTML that works reliably in Outlook. Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures, create a new one, and paste. Some complex styling may render slightly differently, but the layout stays unchanged.
- Can I use images?
- Yes, you can add a profile picture, a company logo, or a handwritten signature using image URLs. Use only HTTPS links; images with HTTP links may be flagged as spam. Note that linked images may be blocked by default in most email clients until recipients click "Download images" or add you to their safe sender's list.
- Why do some styles look different in certain email apps?
- Every email app is a little different when it comes to showing HTML and CSS. That’s why this tool relies on tables and inline styles, which are the most likely to work everywhere. Just so you know, some apps might swap in default fonts.
- Is there a size limit?
- While there is no strict limit, keeping it compact is best practice. Aim for 3-5 lines of text, one or two images, and essential contact details only. Large ones can look unprofessional and may trigger spam filters.
