- We update our salary data every quarter to ensure we stay up to date with the latest salary data and compensation benchmarks. We review, cross-reference, and verify all salary data from publicly available sources or, at times, contributed by our users to ensure our guides are accurate and legitimate.
- What does the salary data include?
- We put a lot of effort into breaking down salary data by experience level, location, and company pay to give you a useful, transparent view of each role. We also provide you with a salary range, including minimum, average, and maximum pay.
- How do you collect the salary data?
- We collect from public sources, such as datasets including the Office for Office for National Statistics (ONS), Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE), HESA, and GOV.UK Civil Service data, Levels or Glassdoor. We also cross-reference them with our users' direct submissions to see that the pay is correctly reflected.
