GitLab is seeking a Senior Executive Business Administrator to partner with the Chief Product & Marketing Officer. You will manage complex calendars, orchestrate end-to-end travel and events, and transform high-level ideas into clear agendas, materials, and follow-through in a fast-paced, public-company environment.
📋 Job Requirements
• Demonstrate experience supporting senior executives in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally including C-level leadership in product and marketing organizations.
• Show background managing executive calendars, travel, and expenses across time zones with ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities.
• Exhibit proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Navan (or similar expense platforms), and comfort using AI tools to automate tasks.
• Prove experience coordinating cross-functional work and compiling information from multiple sources for executive decision-making.
• Display skill in end-to-end event and meeting coordination including agendas, materials, logistics, and tracking action items.
• Show experience supporting recruiting activities and onboarding including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring teams.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal form while maintaining strict confidentiality.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Support GitLab's Chief Product & Marketing Officer by anticipating needs, owning day-to-day operations, and ensuring priorities are executed smoothly.
• Manage complex calendars by vetting, prioritizing, and recommending meetings while monitoring and resolving conflicts in advance.
• Transform high-level meeting descriptions into clear, comprehensive agendas and briefing materials.
• Maintain frequent communication and structured check-ins with the CPMO, proactively flagging items that need attention.
• Monitor and maintain visibility into team progress by overseeing updates to agendas, trackers, and documentation.
• Use AI tools extensively to automate routine tasks and improve the quality and speed of decision support.
• Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics including transportation, accommodations, documentation, and security needs.
• Partner with People Operations, IT, and cross-functional partners to support recruiting, onboarding, and plan virtual and in-person events.
• Contribute to the broader Executive Business Administrator community by sharing best practices and providing coverage for other EBAs.
