Product Manager, Developer Tools

Figma is seeking a Product Manager for the Dev Tools pillar to support the development of design-to-code functionality. You will work with cross-functional partners to build and improve features that speed up developers aligning on designs and converting those designs to production code.

• Possess 5+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager. • Demonstrate 2+ years of experience working in the developer tools space. • Show experience leading significant strategic initiatives on highly complex, ambiguous, and scaled products. • Prove experience shipping high-quality software that drove efficiency for users and business results. • Exhibit excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Show experience as a frontend developer. • Demonstrate experience working with large language models in production. • Exhibit passion for design tools and developer workflows. • Prove ability to apply emerging technologies like LLMs to improve user experience.

• Work closely with cross-functional partners to build and improve features that speed up developer workflows. • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and user needs. • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, balancing technical feasibility, design excellence, and business impact. • Collaborate deeply with Design, Engineering, and Product Leadership on both strategy and execution. • Prioritize opportunities based on user insights, data, and business objectives, adapting quickly to evolving needs. • Apply emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs) where they can meaningfully improve user experience and outcomes. • Partner with other Figma product teams to unblock developer value across Figma (e.g., in Figma Make).
