📋 Job Requirements
• Hold BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Bring 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS or technology sectors with proven success in EMEA markets.
• Demonstrate expertise working with complex sales cycles.
• Show proficiency using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau or equivalent.
• Understand B2B funnel metrics including MQL to SAO to SQO and attribution modeling.
• Excel at cross-functional collaboration working with sales, partnerships, marketing, and operations teams.
• Communicate with clarity crafting compelling narratives and translating data into actionable insights.
• Display strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution designing GTM plans and managing campaign operations.
• Work hybrid schedule with 1-2 days per week in London office.

• Build and execute regional demand generation strategy aligned with global GTM goals driving high-quality leads, pipeline, and revenue.
• Develop integrated campaigns across paid media, events, content syndication, email, and ABM channels.
• Collaborate with EMEA Sales Leadership, Sales Development, Enablement, RevOps, and Global Marketing ensuring alignment on goals and metrics.
• Analyze and continuously improve conversion rates throughout the funnel from MQL to SQL to closed-won.
• Adapt global programs and messaging for EMEA markets ensuring cultural and market relevance across key verticals and languages.
• Monitor performance dashboards communicating insights on what's working and maintaining living dashboard of KPIs tied to MQL, SQL, SAO, and revenue.
• Contribute to broader GTM motion sharing insights from EMEA to influence global demand strategy and investment decisions.
• Combine creativity and analytical rigor to identify innovative demand tactics that stand out in EMEA market.
• Ensure all programs align to enterprise-grade security, compliance, and brand guidelines maintaining polished collateral and messaging.
