Samsara is seeking a motivated Account Based Marketing Manager to support high-impact, account-based marketing programs and executive experiences across EMEA. 📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate familiarity in ABM or demand generation ideally for B2B high-tech or enterprise accounts. • Show experience in event management, preferably within technology or B2B sectors. • Possess proven expertise in account-based marketing across multiple channels with ability to measure campaign effectiveness. • Display proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and Excel with ideally some familiarity with ABM tools such as Demandbase, 6sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Folloze, or Uberflip. • Demonstrate strong project and time management skills managing multiple initiatives with tight deadlines. • Show self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach with strong bias for action and focus on ROI. • Possess ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including Sales, PMM, Demand Generation, and Content. • Display willingness and ability to travel as required for executive briefings and events (up to 20% of the time).

• Show experience working with enterprise-level organizations and Fortune 500 accounts. • Demonstrate background in supporting Sales teams with account-specific research and insights. • Display expertise in multi-channel campaign coordination including webinars, digital campaigns, and direct mail. • Possess experience with campaign operations including UTMs, naming conventions, tagging, and vendor coordination. • Show proven track record in budget tracking and marketing spend optimization. • Demonstrate experience in IoT, SaaS, or physical operations industries. • Display familiarity with measurement and reporting frameworks for tracking engagement and pipeline activity.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales with account-based marketing initiatives to generate new pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities. • Assist in planning and executing ABM programs and campaigns including 1:1 or 1:Few activities for priority accounts. • Coordinate bespoke ABM plays such as events, webinars, digital campaigns, direct mail, and customer engagement activities. • Collaborate with Sales on account-specific activities providing research, insights, and tailored communications to support pipeline growth. • Own campaign execution and operations for EMEA ABM programs including briefs, workflows, UTMs, naming conventions, tagging, vendor coordination, performance tracking, and reporting. • Support ABM budget tracking and optimization ensuring marketing spend aligns with business priorities and is accurately recorded. • Assist with measurement and reporting for assigned accounts tracking engagement, meetings, and basic pipeline activity. • Champion Samsara's culture and values across all initiatives.
