• Lead discovery, design, build, and launch of Datadog platform to help customers accelerate time to value • Develop technical roadmap for customer's implementation and lead them through it every step of the way • Help customers implement and deploy Datadog quickly as member of Implementation Services team • Work in hybrid workplace to create work-life harmony that best fits you • Work across 3 locations: Dublin (Ireland), London (UK), and Paris (France) • Join global SaaS business delivering rare combination of growth and profitability

• Show experience designing and delivering technical solutions for DevOps Monitoring or architecture systems • Demonstrate hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and compute technologies (EC2, serverless, VMware, VMs, Docker, Kubernetes) • Have experience with Config Management, IaC and CI/CD tools, including Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, Circle CI, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines • Show experience programming/scripting with any of following: Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, PHP, and .NET • Hold successful track record with 3+ years experience as Architect or Consultant in professional services team • Be able to sit up to 4 hours, travelling to and from client sites • Be able to travel via auto, train or air up to 30% of time

• Show passion for technology and desire to grow skills • Have experience with various programming languages and frameworks • Demonstrate ability to work with organisations of all sizes across wide range of industries

• Design and guide execution of Datadog implementations, including gathering requirements, building technical architecture, and supporting deployment and launch • Guide customer onboarding through co-development working sessions and assist when they run into roadblocks • Write automation and design architecture for deployment templates • Manage operation of implementation projects • Collaborate with other teams, including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales to deliver exceptional onboarding experience • Help customers get most out of their investment by leading them through technical roadmap
