Staff Product Manager, Studio

Sanity.io is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the Sanity Studio team. You will drive the product vision and roadmap for the open-source Studio platform serving over 60k monthly active users in a real-time collaborative content editing environment.

• Possess a proven track record as a product manager working with platforms, data-oriented products, and developer frameworks. • Demonstrate comfort with JSON, API design, and technical product development. • Show depth in experience with complex UX interfaces. • Place client empathy at the forefront, understanding challenges and needs of developers and large enterprises. • Communicate clearly, advocate for customer needs, and lead cross-functional teams towards innovative solutions. • Balance immediate needs with long-term vision to strategically prioritize your domain.

• Show experience with open-source product development and community management. • Demonstrate familiarity with content management systems and headless CMS architecture. • Exhibit experience integrating AI features into product platforms. • Prove understanding of real-time collaborative editing environments. • Show experience with developer-focused tools and SDK development.

• Craft the vision and roadmap for Sanity's Studio platform with over 60k monthly active users. • Evolve the Studio and deeply integrate new product features and AI into the platform. • Bring constant UX improvements and accessibility improvements based on customer feedback. • Collaborate with leaders across engineering, design, and solution engineering to shape product solutions. • Bring clarity and simplicity to complex systems, delivering intuitive interfaces for managing content. • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the Studio and understand how customers navigate, edit, and publish. • Bridge the gap between App SDK, Media Library, and Canvas to build the ultimate content editing experience.
