Solutions Architect

• Discover and gather enterprise client needs for Supernova’s SBL platform. • Design and guide the implementation of the platform for large financial institutions. • Provide ongoing production support to active clients to ensure business success. • Work closely with internal and external teams to define architecture, integrations, and specs. • Oversee system design and client onboarding from a technical perspective.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 1+ year in solution design and/or technical project management. • 3+ years gathering/analyzing data and subsystems to write system requirements and diagrams. • Listen effectively and apply collected knowledge to solutions. • Manage multiple high-profile projects in fast-paced environments. • Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders. • Maintain a client-focused, professional, and positive attitude. • Stay organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsive.

• Experience with SaaS implementations. • Ability to create technical documentation and specifications. • Familiarity with ETL processes and system integration. • Exposure to financial services or securities-based lending environments.

• Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for prospects and customers. • Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations. • Provide Level 1 support and resolve client issues. • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand requirements and challenges. • Architect scalable solutions aligned with customer goals. • Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and implementation plans. • Collaborate with product teams to share feedback and improve the roadmap. • Identify and document data types, rules, mappings, and conversion requirements. • Work with system integrations and ETL processes. • Coordinate system and user acceptance testing. • Maintain internal and external system documentation. • Identify and escalate deficiencies in technical work. • Support business process standardization initiatives. • Provide accurate and timely communications, status updates, and schedules.
