• Show passion for building at scale with experience working on high-throughput systems and knowledge of what it takes to keep services fast and reliable • Demonstrate deep interest in system design with ability to think in terms of platforms, not just features • Show desire to build meaningful infrastructure with care about enabling others, not just shipping your own code

• Have experience working in fintech or high-trust domains like risk, identity, or compliance
