• Develop the Fusion project, an AI Software Engineer enabling PMs, Designers, and Engineers to contribute to codebases.

📋 Job Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in full-stack web development with a proven track record of shipping complex products.
• Deep expertise in React or other modern frontend frameworks and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Strong eye for performance and architectural patterns.
• Strong product intuition and comfort making product micro-decisions and dealing with ambiguity.
• Customer-first mindset with comfort speaking directly with customers.
• Cloud fluency with experience architecting scalable systems on AWS or Google Cloud.
• High agency to seek out problems, define solutions, and deliver value iteratively.
