Senior Software Engineer

• Develop the Fusion project, an AI Software Engineer enabling PMs, Designers, and Engineers to contribute to codebases. • Partner with Product Managers and Design to shape world-class product experiences. • Own the full feature cycle from customer calls to production verification. • Build the product that translates a Designer's vision or PM's requirement into real production code. • Make an inherently rigid, developer-centric world accessible to non-technical users. • Navigate the complexity of "Code-as-Data" by connecting the platform to diverse customer technical environments.

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack web development with a proven track record of shipping complex products. • Deep expertise in React or other modern frontend frameworks and Node.js/TypeScript. • Strong eye for performance and architectural patterns. • Strong product intuition and comfort making product micro-decisions and dealing with ambiguity. • Customer-first mindset with comfort speaking directly with customers. • Cloud fluency with experience architecting scalable systems on AWS or Google Cloud. • High agency to seek out problems, define solutions, and deliver value iteratively.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools or code generation. • Background in building developer tools or platforms. • Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code structures at scale. • Familiarity with design-to-code workflows or Figma integrations. • Experience building systems that modify external codebases.
