Senior Technical Operations Manager - AdTech, EMEA

• Support premium EMEA clients using Magnite’s DV+ platform. • Guide clients on interfacing with Magnite’s platform and partner technologies. • Troubleshoot technical setups and work with large datasets. • Act as an escalation point between Account Management and Product/Engineering. • Combine analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and interpersonal skills to drive client success.

• 4+ years of experience, ideally in AdTech. • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Write clear technical documentation and analyze complex datasets. • Troubleshoot client issues and manage technical projects effectively. • Demonstrate expertise with Excel, including advanced features. • Communicate effectively to identify root issues and guide clients through solutions. • Understand the AdTech ecosystem (GAM, Prebid, OpenRTB, SSPs, DSPs, etc.). • Work with publishers in an in-app environment. • Operate independently and think strategically in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to speak Portuguese. • Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams. • Familiarity with operational process implementation. • Exposure to revenue-generating technical projects. • Experience supporting integrations for publishers, DSPs, or curators.
