• Experience with real-time analytics and self-serve analytics platforms like Looker. • Background in fintech or banking products including Borrowing, Growth, Payments, Fincrime, or Wealth. • Track record of leading data strategy and setting best practices for experimentation. • Experience working with consolidated data infrastructure where all data lives in one accessible place. • Proven ability to empower wider business teams through analytics.
