📋 Job Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience in the UK market, ideally within an international corporate environment.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and core topics such as employment law, benefits, or payroll.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and data accuracy mindset.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, employee-centric support.
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with Workday HCM for HR data management and processes.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar HR service management tools.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Act as a key contact for employee HR inquiries via Service Portal, email, or chat and provide timely, accurate guidance.
• Manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and mobility cases.
• Prepare, review, and issue employment-related documents such as contracts, letters, and addendums in line with local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clean and accurate employee data in the HRIS (Workday) and related systems by processing updates in a timely and compliant manner.
• Perform regular data audits, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions, monitor trends, and ensure data governance.
• Stay current on labour laws and regulatory changes in the region and support compliance in all employment matters.
• Contribute to maintaining and continuously improving internal HR policies, procedures, and HR knowledge bases.
• Support monthly payroll operations by validating employee data, coordinating with payroll providers, and resolving payroll-related issues.
• Partner with external vendors such as benefit providers, brokers, and immigration consultants to manage service delivery and escalations.
• Support visa sponsorship and immigration processes by coordinating documentation, liaising with external counsel, and ensuring legal compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
