💼 What you will do

Samsara is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager with French fluency to work with Enterprise customers across the UK and France. Partner with top customers to understand their fleet operations and unique challenges, advise on customizing the Connected Operations™ Cloud platform, and become their long-term strategic partner. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product teams while helping organizations improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations powering the global economy.

📋 Job Requirements

• Possess fluency in French (required). • Demonstrate 6+ years of experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role with Enterprise SaaS experience preferred. • Show strong priority management and high emotional intelligence for demanding position with high internal visibility. • Display experience supporting or working with technical products. • Exhibit solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. • Demonstrate proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day software users. • Show passion for taking initiative and thriving in fast-paced, change-heavy environment. • Display diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues. • Possess Bachelor's degree from 4-year institution.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations using Samsara's IoT platform. • Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines while removing barriers to achieving business value. • Orchestrate executive business reviews with customers' decision-makers and executive leadership to review past successes and align on upcoming goals. • Conduct workshops with customers to understand current operations and recommend workflow changes for maximizing Samsara product value. • Deeply understand Samsara platform capabilities and explain them to businesses across field services, utilities, long-haul transportation, school buses, and other industries. • Serve as mentor to wider Customer Success and Support teams. • Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles including Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, and Win as Team. • Travel to customer sites in France and United Kingdom up to 20% of time, including overnight stays.
