Sr Business Systems Analyst III

Join Braze's Business Systems team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst III with specialized focus on owning, managing and enhancing the Partnerships technology stack. Act as strategic partner bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to drive efficiency across Partnerships business functions. Play pivotal role optimizing Partnerships systems, working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions supporting growth initiatives.

• Possess 5+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst with at least 2 years in senior capacity specifically supporting Partnerships teams. • Demonstrate proven expertise in owning, administering, integrating, and optimizing enterprise business applications such as Salesforce Experience Cloud (PRM and Partner Portal), Crossbeam, and Tray.ai. • Show deep understanding of end-to-end Partnerships business processes including partner lead creation, lead conversion, opportunities, onboarding, and tier progression. • Display proven experience delivering business value via AI-driven automation initiatives for Sales/Partnerships functions. • Communicate excellently in verbal, written, and presentation formats with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa. • Demonstrate proactive, data-driven, results-oriented mindset with ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with unwavering attention to detail. • Show experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools like Jira. • Display ability to troubleshoot and resolve break-fix issues within Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Crossbeam, and Tray.ai. • Create clear, concise documentation and enablement materials (BRD, FRD) for stakeholders from individual contributors to department leads. • Hold Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

• Possess certifications in Business Systems Analysis (IIBA) and/or Agile Product Owner. • Hold certifications in key Partnerships technologies like Salesforce Experience Cloud (PRM and Partner Portal) or Crossbeam. • Demonstrate foundational understanding of scripting in Javascript or Python. • Show familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation in platforms like Looker or Tableau.

• Lead entire project lifecycle for key initiatives within technology ecosystem. • Act as primary liaison between Partnerships and other business functions to convert business cases into functional requirements and user stories. • Own, manage, enhance and integrate key Partnerships tools including Salesforce Experience Cloud (PRM and Partner Portal), Crossbeam, and Tray.ai. • Serve as SME for Partnerships technology stack providing best practice guidance, driving technology roadmap, and delivering training and support to maximize system adoption. • Design, configure, and maintain critical Partnerships applications ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. • Conduct proactive in-depth analysis of Partnerships processes and data to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved data quality utilizing AI-driven solutions. • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deploy custom solutions, integrations, and reports providing actionable insights to Partnerships teams. • Develop and execute comprehensive UAT/test plans to ensure integrity and quality of new features and integrations. • Stay current with latest trends and best practices in Partnerships technology, continuously seeking ways for AI-driven innovation to improve existing technology stack.
