• Lead onboarding and ramp enablement for Square’s EU and UK sales teams, including SDRs, BDRs, AEs, AMs, and Field Sales AEs.
• Own the strategy, design, and execution of scalable new hire enablement programs across acquisition, retention, and growth motions.

📋 Job Requirements
• 4+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement Program Management, or Learning & Development supporting outbound sales teams.
• Deep understanding of how to build and scale onboarding programs that mirror real-world sales processes and scenarios.
• Strong instructional design skills to translate strategic objectives into practical, tactical learning experiences.
• Excellent project management skills with proven ability to align multiple stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
• Ability to analyze program effectiveness using data and feedback and adjust training plans and rollout strategies accordingly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, Product Marketing, and enablement peers.

• Partner with Sales Leadership to define success metrics, identify capability gaps, and continuously evolve new hire training content based on performance and business needs.
• Create and manage new hire assets such as playbooks, certification programs, and manager toolkits to support consistent ramp.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, enablement peers, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep onboarding content current, accessible, and aligned globally.
• Analyze onboarding program effectiveness using data and feedback loops and refine training plans and rollout strategies to improve outcomes.
• Ensure sales reps are equipped with the right product knowledge, sales processes, and tools to acquire new sellers and grow existing ones.
• Support an inclusive, fair, and compliant onboarding experience aligned with Block’s people and inclusion principles.
