About the role

💼 What you will do

• Assist the People Business Partner Team in providing consulting and support for people and organization development initiatives. • Support various HR-related functions including talent acquisition, employee life cycle changes, onboarding, and offboarding. • Work with People team members to complete requests such as submitting and monitoring requests, distributing reports, and following up on People Team topics. • Promote a positive and open work environment where team members feel comfortable voicing concerns and contributing ideas.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 2-5 years of Human Resources experience. • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent professional experience. • Have working knowledge of several HR disciplines including HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and UK employment laws. • Have experience with one or more HRIS systems. • Demonstrate a successful track record of working in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment. • Possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skills with emphasis on PowerPoint and building dynamic presentation decks. • Be comfortable using LLM tools where appropriate to increase productivity and impact. • Have fluent spoken and written English. • Have the permanent right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship. • Be able to travel to London several times per year for meetings and events.

• Have experience with UKG HRIS system. • Have experience in a software, tech, or consulting firm.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Assist the Cytora People Business Partner in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy. • Provide support to People Business Partners in talent acquisition, employee life cycle changes, onboarding and offboarding, data audits, and status updates. • Create or modify presentations to support the People Business Partners. • Respond to questions from People team members, leaders, and team members on behalf of People Business Partners. • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Assist the employee relations team with performance management documentation, follow up, and record keeping. • Help plan and coordinate regular team events, working with vendors and stakeholders. • Apply HR knowledge to make suggestions and offer solutions.
