Webflow Developer and Designer

• Own the execution of bringing the brand and story to life on the website. • Work closely with marketing and senior leadership to build and nurture a world-class website. • Elevate Cytora's thought leadership and industry presence through web development. • Play a key role in helping customers fully realize the potential of the platform.

• Be adept in Webflow website development with ability to bring designs and website functionalities to life. • Have visual design skills including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. • Have solid understanding of Webflow-to-CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot) and their impact on design decisions. • Have B2B/enterprise sales/SaaS experience. • Be an entrepreneurial individual who can take on projects with input from multiple stakeholders. • Have a strong sense of ownership with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. • Be a strong communicator who can understand briefs, communicate technical possibilities, and advise on best practices. • Have experience in B2B marketing and understanding of marketing campaigns and their goals. • Have the ability to execute quickly to try and test ideas and solve technical challenges. • Be a team player with a strong, proactive attitude willing to wear multiple hats. • Have excellent cross-collaboration and relationship building skills. • Have a high degree of autonomy and creativity. • Have fluent spoken and written English. • Have the permanent right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Have a passion for marketing with desire to grow in multiple areas and build responsibilities with the scaling of the company. • Have experience working with external agencies on design, assets, and creative projects. • Have experience coordinating and distributing partner announcements and PR activities.

• Be responsible for Cytora's website design and development, taking internal briefs for updates, providing technical and design advice, and executing on development plans. • Realise marketing and GTM initiatives via the website whilst helping implement best practices, driving efficiency and scalable activities. • Help manage Cytora's global website including CMS updates, bug reporting, SEO optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation. • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to constantly audit the technical performance of the website and identify opportunities for improvement. • Own site speed, indexing, and technical SEO hygiene specifically within the Webflow environment. • Work with external agencies on design, assets, and creative projects. • Work with group-level stakeholders to scale web activities and enable the larger group to support online presence. • Develop go-to-market materials including presentation decks, website pages, sales collateral, case studies, and white papers. • Work closely with the Partnership and PR team to coordinate, publish, and distribute partner announcements and regularly update the data ecosystem page. • Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team to optimise strategies and enhance lead qualification processes.
