Senior Product Manager - Privacy (m/f/d)

• Lead AI-first product innovation across compliance and security • Translate complex customer challenges into actionable strategic initiatives • Drive roadmap development across multiple product areas • Conduct customer discovery to uncover needs and influence product direction • Shape platform evolution through data, research, and market insights

• 6+ years in Product, including 2+ in B2B SaaS • Experience managing platform capabilities or product slices • Proven ability to automate workflows and leverage AI for prototyping and ideation • Conduct 10+ monthly customer conversations across segments • Strong skills in analysing sales, usage and product metrics • Experience leading cross-functional data reviews and aligning teams • Ability to understand Privacy, InfoSec & Compliance domains • Ability to lead with demos and communicate roadmap milestones • Comfortable experimenting with emerging AI tools and testing methods • Strong understanding of software development processes and design principles • Able to challenge assumptions, debate constructively, and maintain relationships • Reliable executor delivering 80% of critical projects on time and within budget • C1-level German

• Experience with regulatory environments and compliance frameworks • Background in risk, security, or governance products • Previous work on AI-driven automation or intelligent interaction systems • Familiarity with platform architecture discussions • Exposure to competitive market and win/loss analysis

• Define problems and shape initiatives that advance the AI-first platform strategy • Identify new opportunities for intelligent automation using customer and market insights • Build and communicate a living 12-month roadmap across multiple product areas • Conduct monthly discovery calls and align insights with company vision • Embed stakeholder engagement into team rituals and ensure project delivery performance • Run market intelligence reviews and translate regulatory shifts into product opportunities • Use AI tools to support research, prototyping, QA, demo scripting, and ideation • Analyse product metrics, activation signals, and adoption trends to improve performance
