About the role

💼 What you will do

• Own and drive B2B proposition and frameworks across European market • Work with leading issuers, corporates and partners to drive market readiness in pursuit of high growth strategies • Develop and communicate product strategy for corporate spend solutions including Commercial Express, Expense Management and ERP integrations • Collaborate with global product teams and local markets to execute ambitious plans for corporate solutions in Europe • Work in hybrid position based in London office (EC4R 3AB) • Join global payments leader empowering economies in 200+ countries and territories worldwide

📋 Job Requirements

• Hold Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Computer Science, Engineering or related field • Bring minimum 3 years of experience in commercial cards, embedded payments, expense management, B2B payments, account management, or related role with technical or product focus • Show proven experience in onboarding partners and articulating end-to-end value propositions or training processes within payments industry • Demonstrate strong understanding of B2B processes, platforms, process/data flows and tools, ideally with hands-on experience from scheme, platform provider, PSP or accounts payable/receivable domain • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders including partners, issuers and corporates • Apply strategic outlook with first-hand experience of corporate card spend use cases and informed perspective on European B2B payments landscape evolution • Show detail-oriented approach with strong technical, organizational and project management background • Work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment • Manage uncertainty and make informed decisions when information may be incomplete or unclear

• Show deep industry knowledge and insight to influence winning solutions approach for B2B in Europe • Have experience with legislative/policy changes, VAT requirements, and competitive landscape analysis • Demonstrate ability to present market feedback for executive and decision-making audiences • Show experience leading investment prioritisation and rationale development

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own B2B proposition and frameworks in Europe as SME for all things B2B in European region • Obsess about product market fit and deliver for market, not just one customer • Formulate product strategy and execution plan aligned with B2B strategy for Europe • Refresh market view regularly including legislative/policy changes, key data elements, VAT requirements, main players, competition and partnerships • Drive for results by prioritising quick wins while maintaining larger ambition • Identify opportunities to collaborate differently, valuing speed gained through partnership as credible alternative to building • Engage with wide array of stakeholders to devise short, medium and long-term horizons for proposition development • Communicate product vision through participation in issuer, acquirer and partner workshops to gather feedback and test ideas • Collaborate with global product to shape capabilities needed for European B2B market • Advocate offering to in-market colleagues, equipping them with insights needed to drive compelling market engagement • Present market feedback for executive and decision-making audience • Lead on investment prioritisation and rationale • Work in detail of data, economic and technology needs of target market
