Manager, IAM Access Management

Join Mastercard as an IAM Access Management Manager within the Vocalink security function, supporting critical UK payment infrastructure. Lead IAM operations to deliver a secure, resilient, and compliant identity security posture for systems processing billions of transactions annually, while collaborating with senior leadership, regulators, and technology partners.

• Demonstrate experience managing BAU IAM teams within regulated environments. • Show hands-on expertise with IAM technologies including IGA and PAM solutions. • Possess working knowledge of Saviynt, CyberArk, Entra ID, and Active Directory. • Exhibit ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder and regulated environments. • Communicate clearly and confidently with both senior and junior stakeholders. • Display strong problem-solving, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills. • Maintain high ethical standards and strong personal integrity. • Show customer-focused mindset with a passion for operational excellence. • Be capable of achieving SC clearance if required.

• Hold Saviynt L200 certification or demonstrate willingness to complete certification. • Bring experience working in large-scale, multi-national organizations. • Show prior exposure to financial services or critical national infrastructure environments. • Demonstrate experience driving IAM process maturity and security posture improvements. • Exhibit experience managing third-party IAM vendors and service providers. • Show familiarity with regulatory audits and evidence-based control testing. • Demonstrate leadership experience mentoring and developing junior IAM professionals.

• Lead and manage IAM operations, ensuring services meet agreed standards and security expectations. • Partner with the IAM VP and Director to drive improvements to Vocalink’s identity security posture. • Review, maintain, and enhance IAM policies in line with regulatory and industry best practices. • Monitor IAM systems for security incidents, breaches, or irregular activity and respond appropriately. • Review system configurations to identify security gaps and recommend remediation actions. • Oversee IAM vendors and ensure contractual SLAs are met, escalating risks where necessary. • Liaise with Audit and Controls teams to support testing activities and provide audit evidence. • Mentor and support team members, fostering continuous learning and professional development. • Ensure adherence to Mastercard security policies, controls, and mandatory training requirements.
