• Possess practical experience implementing MT and AI-enabled localisation workflows.

• Work confidently with ambiguity and limited supervision while influencing and building trust.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Manage localisation projects end-to-end across content types and language sets, balancing time, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage expectations, timelines, risks, and delivery status.
• Promote localisation best practices and ensure optimal use of tools, workflows, and processes.
• Support quarterly budget forecasting and monitor outsourced spend against forecasted costs.
• Track, analyse, and explain variances between forecasted and actual localisation spend.
• Manage external vendors daily, monitoring quality, delivery timelines, and invoicing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Localisation Managers to improve internal processes, methodologies, and documentation.
• Mentor and support junior Localisation Coordinators where required.
• Continuously monitor and improve localisation quality metrics and performance trends.
