Join Wise as a Localisation Project Manager, leading the delivery of high-quality localised content that resonates with global audiences. Drive end-to-end localisation projects across products and communications, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure cultural accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across markets.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 2+ years of project or program management experience delivering cross-functional localisation initiatives end-to-end. • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the localisation industry, including common challenges and opportunities. • Show hands-on experience working with CAT and TMS tools. • Possess practical experience implementing MT and AI-enabled localisation workflows. • Thrive in fast-paced environments with concurrent timelines, priorities, and diverse content types. • Adapt quickly to change and flex project approaches to meet stakeholder and project needs. • Work confidently with ambiguity and limited supervision while influencing and building trust. • Display strong cultural awareness and sensitivity across global markets. • Communicate clearly with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Manage localisation projects end-to-end across content types and language sets, balancing time, cost, and quality. • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage expectations, timelines, risks, and delivery status. • Promote localisation best practices and ensure optimal use of tools, workflows, and processes. • Support quarterly budget forecasting and monitor outsourced spend against forecasted costs. • Track, analyse, and explain variances between forecasted and actual localisation spend. • Manage external vendors daily, monitoring quality, delivery timelines, and invoicing accuracy. • Collaborate with Localisation Managers to improve internal processes, methodologies, and documentation. • Mentor and support junior Localisation Coordinators where required. • Continuously monitor and improve localisation quality metrics and performance trends.
