Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst - International

Join the Reddit Finance & Accounting team as Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst. Focus on interacting with agencies and advertisers to ensure their needs are met while partnering with Reddit Sales to manage customer expectations. • Bring 5+ years of work experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within advertising, digital, or media industries. • Demonstrate at least one year of experience in a publicly-traded company. • Hold bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • Possess strong background in cash collections and dispute resolution. • Show exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact at all organizational levels. • Demonstrate proactive, self-directed approach with ability to multitask in fast-paced environment. • Bring experience with Netsuite or similar ERP system. • Show proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

• Possess experience building relationships with advertising agencies. • Bring background in high-tech organizations with quote-to-cash experience. • Show familiarity with SOX compliance initiatives. • Demonstrate experience supporting external audits.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key agencies and advertisers, focusing on timely follow-ups to reduce DSO and minimize bad debt. • Investigate, document, and efficiently resolve customer billing disputes. • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to identify and implement process improvements. • Drive enhancements in the collections process to maximize team potential. • Generate weekly aging reports with collection comments for management review. • Meet departmental monthly cash collection goals with focus on improving Free Cash Flow initiatives. • Support billing team in evaluation, reconciliation, and issuance of monthly invoices. • Analyze customer creditworthiness to determine appropriate lines of credit. • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all payments and resolve payment discrepancies. • Support SOX initiatives and preparation of schedules for external audits.
