• Show expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation. • Demonstrate experience understanding user interactions with products and translating insights into product strategy. • Bring background in guiding product teams to measure key metrics and run A/B experiments. • Have experience working with finance teams on user lifetime value analysis and product profitability metrics. • Show ability to liaise with engineers on data collection strategies for business insights. • Possess versatile skill set across multiple data science domains (Borrowing, Growth, Payments, Fincrime, Wealth, Core). • Demonstrate experience with self-serve analytics tools like Looker.

• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand user product interactions and inform product strategy. • Guide and enable product teams to measure key metrics and initiate or run A/B experiments for continuous improvement. • Drive unified company-wide understanding of user lifetime value and product feature impact on profitability with finance team. • Liaise with engineers to ensure collection of relevant data for producing actionable business insights. • Work embedded in cross-functional squads alongside engineers, designers, marketers, and product managers. • Focus on impactful business questions and analyses while leveraging self-serve analytics for routine decisions. • Contribute to data-driven decision making culture across the entire company. • Enable better, faster decisions through real-time analytics and business empowerment.
