About the role

💼 What you will do

Join Wise Platform as Senior Commercial Analyst in the deal-flow analytics team. Partner with Commercial and Delivery teams to drive growth through data and insights. Enable optimization of sales and delivery processes, reduce time to revenue, and drive team performance. Work with Wise Platform powering payments for leading banks and platforms including Monzo, N26, Nubank, UniCredit, Morgan Stanley, Google, and Upwork.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency with SQL and data pipeline management tools including Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, Python, and Looker. • Own analytics end-to-end from data transformation through delivering actionable insights. • Show commercial mindset translating analysis into impact with opportunity sizing, forecasting, and scenario modelling. • Bring experience working in high-growth B2B tech environment with close collaboration with commercial teams. • Display solution-oriented approach owning projects from start to finish. • Motivate stakeholders across organization and negotiate timelines to unblock and drive results. • Communicate excellently forming opinions and articulating them effectively to influence colleagues. • Write and maintain clear and concise documentation.

• Have experience working with sales and project management data in Salesforce or similar tools. • Show proficiency in Python's data transformation, visualisation, and statistics libraries including pandas, numpy, scipy, and plotly. • Bring experience working with payments or transactions data.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact scalable data solutions building and maintaining robust reporting models and data products. • Design and implement KPIs for commercial and delivery teams with laser focus on revenue as core metric. • Leverage advanced analytics crafting dashboards and visualisations that tell clear stories with diagnostic power. • Analyse sales pipeline health, deal velocity, stage conversion rates, and win/loss reasons for Sales Team. • Build reports tracking individual sales rep performance against quotas identifying top performers and improvement areas. • Monitor pre-sales engagement metrics, impact on deal progression, win rates, and resource allocation efficiency. • Track, monitor, and predict key metrics across project lifecycle for Implementation/Delivery Team. • Identify risks and opportunities improving implementation speed and quality to reduce time to revenue. • Collaborate with analysts enhancing forecasting capabilities for business, team, and partner performance management. • Shape data leverage strategy identifying insights and crafting compelling data-driven narratives for prospect conversion.
