• Work with Webflow's most high-impact Enterprise customers from day one through renewal. • Serve as the primary partner for strategic accounts, playing a central role in their long-term success. • Drive adoption, uncover new use cases, and champion meaningful outcomes. • Influence growth, retention, and the overall strength of the Enterprise business. • Act as the trusted advisor who sees the big picture and brings cross-functional teams together.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 3+ years of prior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role in SaaS, digital experiences, or an agency environment. • Have experience managing a book of accounts while balancing competing priorities and responding quickly to customer needs. • Demonstrate solid organizational and project-management habits that help you stay prepared, document clearly, and follow through reliably.

• Take a consultative approach by asking thoughtful questions, learning quickly, and enjoying helping customers solve real problems. • Communicate clearly and confidently, especially when explaining technical concepts or guiding customers through next steps. • Be willing to dive into a technical product and learn how to support customers across a range of web and workflow use cases. • Stay curious and open to growth by actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity and amplify impact.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with customers' day-to-day teams and key stakeholders throughout their Webflow journey. • Learn each customer's goals and workflows to guide them toward meaningful wins with Webflow's AI-native website experience platform. • Support account strategy by helping customers adopt core features, implement best practices, and stay on track with their success plans. • Partner closely with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to deliver smooth onboarding and drive ongoing adoption. • Run customer check-ins and business reviews that highlight progress, unblock issues, and uncover opportunities for deeper engagement. • Collaborate with the Account team to support strong renewal outcomes by keeping customer health signals visible and acting early on risks. • Bring clear, organized customer insights back to the business to help improve product, processes, and overall Enterprise experience.
