Specialist, Product Experience Design

• Drive customer experience strategy forward and enable quality consistent experiences across B2B products and services • Craft user-centered solutions that simplify complex workflows, enhance usability, and deliver delight to users • Partner closely with designers, content designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers/strategists to create detailed designs for various B2B user types • Scale overall product strategy, ensure consistency across touchpoints, and elevate product experiences • Meet needs of corporates, issuers, suppliers, acquirers, cardholders and uphold Mastercard's high standards for product experiences

• Show experience in product design, UI/UX design with focus on end-to-end product experience design ideally with exposure to working within or contributing to design system • Demonstrate proficiency in Figma with experience in wireframing and hi-fi design, customer journey mapping and FigJam for design analysis and breaking down complex problems • Possess strong sense of visual quality and attention to detail • Show good interpersonal and communication skills with willingness to receive mentorship, ask questions, and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Communicate clearly with strong organizational skills • Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of information being accessed • Report any suspected information security violation or breach • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines

• Show enthusiasm for learning about scalable design, modular components, and atomic design principles • Demonstrate prototyping experience • Show knowledge of latest accessibility standards and desire to create inclusive designs • Have familiarity with design systems, UI libraries or UI kits • Possess knowledge of latest accessibility guidelines and best practices (WCAG 2.2 AA) • Show interest in front-end development

• Assist design efforts to create cohesive and innovative product experiences that align with business goals, UI platform strategy and address key user needs • Collaborate with senior designs on lo-fi concepts with innovative thinking and product quality hi-fi deliverables • Apply scalable page UI templates accurately across B2B digital solutions when redesigning high-value journeys and complex workflows • Use data and insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses ensuring user-centered solutions at each stage of process • Contribute to and help refine design system by creating components, patterns, and guidelines that promote consistency across products while allowing flexibility to support diverse user journeys • Manage workload with CX Leads in 2-week sprints maintaining progress and priorities in Jira • Participate in design critiques and provide inclusive feedback to peers • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new design tools/techniques continually refining system to meet modern UX and design standards
