Join monday.com's rapidly growing account management team in London as an experienced Sales Manager overseeing a group of Account Managers driving the UKI portfolio forward. Lead the expansion upmarket by implementing robust sales methodologies, portfolio and account planning, while building and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment geared to 40% YoY growth.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate 3+ years track record leading high-performing SaaS sales/account management teams. • Show history of exceeding team quotas in high-growth technology companies. • Operate comfortably in environment where expectations are geared to 40% YoY growth. • Display deep and studied understanding of mechanics of working with organizations, navigating complex account life cycles and Enterprise sales cycles. • Possess expert knowledge of advising on solution based sales, ROI playback and navigating complex lines of influence between business and horizontal stakeholders. • Show ability to engage, hire and develop the best sales talent in the market. • Use methodology based approach to bring the best out of the team, applying it in practical and supportive manner. • Lead from the front with transparency, empathy and accountability.

• Build and manage team of Account Managers responsible for Commercial Accounts territory. • Accurately forecast on ARR, cross-sell, retention and other strategic initiatives. • Achieve and exceed ARR and other goals aligned with OKRs. • Hire market-leading candidates whose values align with monday.com. • Ramp and develop team members quickly to accelerate time to productivity. • Develop team's core skills to benefit business and customers with insightful feedback and tailored development plans. • Focus on continuous improvement across the team. • Inspire culture of teamwork, transparency and accountability by leading from the front. • Develop significant, sustainable growth plan for team over next 3-5 years in collaboration with regional leadership. • Lead monday.com's expansion upmarket by implementing robust sales methodologies. • Implement portfolio and account planning, training and development initiatives.
