Join Nexthink as Solution Consultant to support Northern Europe business growth by creating and delivering innovative value propositions to executive audiences, matching technical capabilities to business outcomes. Drive pre-sales activities in local territory, work collaboratively with Sales, Professional Services and Partner teams, and become thought leader in driving business value with Nexthink solutions.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate proven experience working with sales organization and track record of meeting or exceeding assigned revenue goals. • Show proven experience as key technical resource leading introduction of new technology into new market. • Display experience in Digital Experience Management or similar end-user experience driven functions. • Possess experience in Workplace, End User or Desktop Services and management of these. • Show knowledge of Virtualisation, Cloud, Win10, O365 and Migration, Release or Change related projects. • Demonstrate understanding of ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle and quality of service-related disciplines. • Possess superior business acumen with ability to use business context to generate creative, pragmatic solutions. • Display entrepreneurial mindset enabling you to work independently with little guidance. • Show technological savviness and ability to learn Nexthink products, services, technologies quickly. • Demonstrate exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with senior leaders. • Display team player mentality, able to thrive in finding solutions in dynamic work environment.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Help sales team qualify leads using deep understanding of product capabilities to address business issues. • Demonstrate how Nexthink solutions support overall customer initiatives and generate business outcomes. • Conduct and manage Proof of Values with prospects. • Work with multiple stakeholders in End User Computing, Workplace Management, IT Operations and IT Leadership. • Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions using industry knowledge and client management skills. • Run and facilitate value-based workshops with prospects to discover strategic project solutions. • Participate as speaker in key company events and marketing-related activities. • Become thought leader internally and externally around driving business value with Nexthink. • Run partner training workshops to ensure technical teams are knowledgeable in solution. • Travel up to 50% within region for field-based role activities.
