Senior Product Manager - Growth

• Own and drive initiatives that impact entire customer lifecycle from acquisition through engagement and retention to expansion across products • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales • Establish clear vision and execute product strategies that align with business goals • Work in hybrid position of 3 days/week in London office (Fitzrovia) • Join global software company transforming how businesses run empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide

• Hold 5+ years of experience as product manager with strong track record of delivering impactful products • Partner with technology teams to build and communicate product roadmaps based on business objectives, market research, and customer insights • Show strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to drive decisions independently • Demonstrate passion for exceptional user experiences with strong UX and design sensibility • Possess excellent communication skills with ability to clearly articulate product decisions and rationale • Apply analytical mindset with proven ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions • Work comfortably in fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant learning and adaptation

• Show experience with SaaS or consumer products • Have entrepreneurial or consulting background

• Take full ownership of your product area and make significant impact on company's growth • Define and execute product strategies informed by data, user insights, and market trends • Foster culture of fast experimentation, learning, and iteration • Evaluate opportunities using both qualitative methods (user interviews, usability tests, surveys) and quantitative data (analytics tools, A/B tests, metrics analysis) • Understand market and competitive landscape to ensure long-term product success • Collaborate with other product managers to share insights, align strategies, and continuously improve approach
