• Hold 4+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in fast-paced and competitive market • Demonstrate ability to grow accounts and run complex sales process to Enterprise clients • Show proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets • Articulate business value of complex enterprise technology • Build business champions effectively • Possess driven and competitive nature with strong desire to be successful

• Show passion about growing career in largest market in software (database) • Complete previous Sales Methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) • Demonstrate familiarity with databases, developers and open source technology

• Identify, qualify and close sales pipeline proactively • Prospect strategically into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users • Build strong and effective relationships resulting in growth opportunities • Partner with Solution Architects and work closely with Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction • Work closely with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes • Participate in sales enablement trainings including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
