About the role
💼 What you will do
• Work as Product Manager of brand new FinCrime Action squad dedicated to solving for all customer and regulatory actions • Tackle crime in growing adversarial space ensuring Monzo can thrive and grow safely whilst providing customers with seamless experience • Help pave way for better exploration of spaces with deep ML, platform and Risk experience • Drive deep discovery, greater understanding of customer impact and experience, and better outcomes • Work on exits, defunds, banning, Fincrime investigation tooling and more
📋 Job Requirements
• Lead high-performing teams to ship world-class products at fast growing company as experienced product manager • Work in platform product teams and drive value in deeply technical or highly regulated environments • Lead consumer efforts that drive significant value for customers and business • Collaborate with machine learning experts or data scientists to define key metrics, run experiments, and deliver business impact with deeply data-driven and commercial approach • Break down and solve complex problems systematically • Make good decisions in complex situations where there's often no "right answer" with good judgement • Challenge status quo and make things better with urge and resilience • Work effectively with diverse range of people and working styles spanning engineering, design, data, user research, marketing, legal and compliance • Motivate, energize and inspire people towards common goal as great storyteller • Articulate clearly how your work dovetails with work in other squads and derive highest value from these interactions • Build value for customers and not just achieve business results with passion for Monzo's mission • Show intellectual honesty about work's performance continually striving for improvement • Learn fast with humble and curious approach enjoying learning every day and sharing knowledge and experience
