📋 Job Requirements
• Possess 2+ years of experience selling Market Data solutions from providers such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or Factset.
• Show proven track record of exceeding prior sales targets.
• Demonstrate experience working with Asset Managers and Wealth Managers in UK.
• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Show proficiency in selling to multiple financial industry segments and uncovering client challenges.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively manage competing priorities to maximize sales and retention.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities to deliver professional and persuasive presentations and create client rapport.
• Display strong business instincts, good judgment, and creative mindset.
• Show impeccable character with high ethical and quality standards.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail, inquisitive nature, and eagerness to learn.
• Hold degree or equivalent with financial or analytical discipline preferred.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Take ownership of portfolio of Mid-Market client accounts across UK with significant growth potential, creating strong client relationships by articulating Morningstar's value proposition.
• Drive account growth by surpassing sales targets through acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones.
• Develop new business opportunities with new clients, expanding footprint within territory.
• Engage clients proactively with hands-on approach, maximizing revenue retention while ensuring clients receive long-term value and satisfaction.
• Manage contracting process for new sales and renewals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely client execution.
• Work closely with wider sales colleagues, product management, pre-sales, after-sales consultants, and support teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment and transparency across organization.
• Represent Morningstar at prominent industry events, raising awareness and showcasing solutions to generate new pipeline.
• Build meaningful relationships at both decision-making and user levels within financial organizations.
• Provide long-range planning, time management, and guidance to both clients and colleagues.
