Data Analyst - Marketing

Perk is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join their Marketing team in London. This pivotal role involves managing and analyzing data to create impactful insights for strategic purposes, supporting Marketing Teams using analytics to drive better decisions. The position requires working within an IRL-first approach with 3 days per week in-person at the London hub.

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience interpreting data in data analytics. • Possess 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics. • Master data analysis tools (SQL). • Show experience with statistical packages (Python / R). • Demonstrate experience preparing, transforming, consolidating and normalizing data (dbt). • Exhibit experience with different data visualization and BI tools (Looker). • Display excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English. • Prove storytelling and stakeholder management experience.

• Bring expertise on channel interaction via multi-touch attribution. • Show experience with marketing mix modeling. • Demonstrate skills in design experiments and incrementality testing. • Display knowledge of customer lifecycle, behavioral analysis and segmentation.

• Work with Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers to use quantitative analysis to help shape Perk's marketing strategy. • Explore data from different sources, turning it into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. • Develop and create metrics, dashboards, and reports to track and assess impact of new initiatives. • Apply expertise on channel interaction via multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modeling. • Design experiments and incrementality testing. • Perform customer lifecycle, behavioral analysis and segmentation.
