About the role

💼 What you will do

Drive strategic enterprise sales efforts within the UKI market as an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive. Engage with key enterprise accounts, foster strategic partnerships, and close high-value Spend and Travel deals. Work with industry leaders and senior Finance decision-makers to promote disruptive business travel and spend solutions while helping organizations streamline their travel and spend management processes.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate exceptional English fluency (native or near native) with strong communication, public speaking and presentation skills. • Show proven track record with 5+ years of B2B experience, heavily focused on new business development and managing the full sales cycle. • Display customer-focused and results-driven approach with strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Act as trusted advisor and consultant to UKI team and customers. • Possess excellent understanding of organizational technical infrastructure and SaaS. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. • Show openness to coaching, adaptability and quick learning ability. • Demonstrate experience in adapting to new products and solutions, and skill at communicating their value to range of stakeholders. • Display driven, ambitious, ethical and sound approach. • Show data-driven mindset that values insights over opinions.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new UK & Ireland (UKI) Enterprise clients for both Spend and Travel modules, focusing on those with up to £10M annual travel spend bracket. • Develop and execute strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets. • Drive Enterprise pipeline generation by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking. • Effectively manage book of business, leveraging and optimizing existing networks to drive self-generated opportunities. • Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors, to position solution as critical asset to their business operations. • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, demonstrating deep understanding of enterprise-level pain points and delivering tailored solutions that align with complex business structures. • Lead high-impact presentations and product demonstrations to articulate value proposition effectively to ICP. • Own end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to closing and post-sale expansion strategies. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Bids, Implementation, Account Management, Dealdesk and Marketing, to leverage resources that maximize Enterprise sales impact. • Utilize data-driven sales forecasting to drive revenue projections and meet or exceed sales targets. • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position product as leader in Enterprise travel and spend management sector. • Develop and implement best practices in Enterprise sales, identifying strategic growth opportunities within assigned territories. • Report regularly on sales performance metrics and pipeline health to UKI leadership.
