About the role

💼 What you will do

Lead and scale ServiceNow's Tx Transformation solution presales team as Senior Manager, Solution Consulting. Build and develop a highly skilled team of specialists supporting innovation cycles across IT-business management (SPM), IT-asset management, SecOps & Risk. Partner with sales organization to drive pipeline and business activities while working with some of the largest customers in the region.

📋 Job Requirements

• Demonstrate 4+ years' experience building or leading pre-sales teams with standard approaches to coaching, mentoring, and managing senior-level professionals. • Show strong leadership presence and record of consistent quota attainment and over achievement with ability to collaborate and influence in "Win as a team" environment. • Possess strong people management skills with passion for coaching and developing others to highest potential, exceeding EVS (Employee Voice Survey) scores in line or above company averages. • Display proven ability managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with record of successful revenue attainment. • Show excellent interpersonal skills communicating and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels within organization. • Demonstrate experience developing strong customer network. • Show experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, and product development. • Display adaptability and flexibility to work and thrive in highly dynamic environment. • Demonstrate passion evangelizing capabilities and success on social media and other outlets to build brand preference and recognition. • Show self-starter attitude with initiative to develop programs for enablement and growth. • Display high degree of passion, energy, drive, and willingness to travel 25% of the time.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Partner with IT Workflow sales specialist leader to co-develop go-to-market model to run area business for IT Workflow. • Recruit, retain and develop team of specialists and specialist leaders to drive IT Workflow business productivity and innovation. • Define programs for enabling field sales and solution consulting teams to drive IT Workflow sales, adoption, and value proposition. • Help develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on IT Workflow. • Partner with Global Alliance and Channel organization to build sell to, sell with and sell through models. • Partner with Business Unit General Managers of IT Workflow business units to build successful roadmap for coming years. • Align as trusted advisor and strategic team member to both sales and company executives to understand market conditions, customer requirements and challenges. • Assist in strategically planning GTM (Go to Market), solution capabilities and strategic partnerships. • Influence and drive right value model around pricing and packaging. • Establish trusted relationships with product management, marketing, global sales leadership, professional services and global alliance and channels leaders. • Develop clearly defined go-to-market initiatives with key ServiceNow sales, marketing, and business unit leaders to achieve revenue goals. • Define key milestones and progress tracking metrics and drive associated operating rigor to 'inspect what we expect'. • Build strong relationships with executive leaders in both customers and partners. • Drive customer success focus and win-as-a-team culture. • Ensure effective, motivated team of highly skilled resources to support innovation cycles within ecosystem to facilitate vertical and horizontal value-based solutions. • Support lead generation, technical sales, demos, and proof of concepts activities. • Understand customer needs and network with senior stakeholders to ensure customer value and success are realized.
