About the role

💼 What you will do

• Translate UK business strategy into actionable campaign plans. • Execute B2B marketing campaigns across email, on-site merchandising, direct mail, paid display and social. • Optimize emails, ads and landing pages using marketing automation tools and analytics. • Support demand generation for UK and Canada markets. • Coordinate and support execution of sales events with the events team. • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Business Operations to align marketing efforts. • Manage demand-generation and retention budgets. • Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify trends.

📋 Job Requirements

• 2+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in small/medium tech; auto industry a plus. • Understand core marketing principles, strategies and tactics. • Develop strategic demand-generation plans aligned with business objectives. • Proactively create campaign ideas that engage target audiences. • Communicate results and insights clearly in writing and presentations. • Analyze marketing performance using Looker, Salesforce and Google Analytics. • Use marketing technology such as CRM tools and email platforms; Marketo and Salesforce are a plus. • Write and edit compelling campaign copy including subject lines and CTAs. • Manage projects and balance multiple tasks and deadlines. • Maintain precision in tracking campaign data and execution. • Execute effectively with limited oversight and raise concerns or solutions proactively.

• Experience with Marketo for automation. • Experience with Salesforce CRM. • Familiarity with automotive industry marketing. • Experience producing A/B tests and building performance reports. • Experience supporting field or sales events.
