📋 Job Requirements
• 3–5 years of B2B event experience across in-person, digital, and hybrid formats.
• Manage complex events on time and within budget.
• Adapt global event strategies to local EMEA markets.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, global, cross-time-zone environment.
• Travel across the UK and EMEA ~30–40 days per year.
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Design customer-centric, memorable experiences that support business outcomes.

• Coordinate end-to-end event delivery, from logistics to on-site execution.
• Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and post-event reporting.

• Activate customer stories and speakers in alignment with go-to-market priorities.
• Tailor event formats and experiences to reflect local culture, legal requirements, and audience expectations.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Web, Content, and Digital teams.
• Use AI to build smarter workflows and optimize event operations.
