About the role

💼 What you will do

• Serve as the strategic analytics partner for the Paid Media team. • Work directly with Marketing Leadership, Paid Marketing, RevOps, and Analytics Engineering. • Prioritize the analytics roadmap based on ROI, speed to decision, and alignment with GTM strategy. • Stand up and maintain key efficiency, CAC, and ROI metrics across Snowflake and Looker. • Build repeatable reporting that shortens decision cycles from weeks to days. • Interpret Mixed Media Modeling outputs and run incrementality tests. • Partner with Analytics Engineering to transform Clay firmographics/intent data into actionable insights. • Build and deploy predictive LTV models to enable value-based bidding. • Design A/B and incrementality tests across paid search, paid social, and PLG signals. • Build dashboards that empower teams to autonomously track performance and take action.

📋 Job Requirements

• Experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst within B2B SaaS. • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience analyzing data in Python or R. • Ability to run A/B tests end-to-end from design to execution to readout. • Strong analytical thinking with comfort tackling complex, ambiguous problems. • Experience communicating with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Engineering, or Revenue. • Experience supporting GTM, Paid Media, or broader Marketing organizations.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Experience with marketing sciences including MMM, attribution models, incrementality testing, or personalization. • Deep Python expertise. • Experience with dbt, Looker, or Tableau. • Familiarity with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. • Experience working with enriched audience data or intent/firmographic models.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Be the dedicated analytics partner for the Paid Media team driving Typeform's growth. • Own the Paid Media analytics foundation across Snowflake and Looker. • Operationalize new GTM data investments including MMM, Clay Enrichment, and Predictive LTV. • Translate insights into spend allocation guidance for the Paid Marketing team. • Drive experimentation and continuous optimization across channels. • Evaluate performance, communicate tradeoffs, and help iterate faster on what works. • Enable self-service analytics at scale through dashboards and reporting. • Contribute to reducing LTV:CAC ratio by 10-20% as part of FY26 strategic targets.
